Stopping the car in front of the grand mansion proved challenging. Exhausted from the journey, the occupants felt the oppressive heat within the vehicle as they struggled to open the hood. Amidst this scene, a striking figure emerged—a woman, adorned in police uniform. The tag on her shirt identified her as *Asp Mubeena Muhseen*, and with purposeful strides, she made her way towards the entrance. Clearly seasoned in her role, she swiftly approached the main parlor door, where one of her colleagues held it open for her, followed closely by the others.
Inside, the serene chatter of Sir Muhammad Yaseer's family filled the room. Mubeena's gaze met that of Sir Muhammad Yaseer, and her expression betrayed a gravity that hinted at ominous news. "Welcome home early," he greeted, to which she replied somberly, "Yes, duty called." Then, with a heavy heart, she addressed her father-in-law, "Sir Muhammad Yaseer, you're under arrest!"
Their collective surprise palpable, the family rose to their feet. Uncle Abbass protested, "You must be mistaken, Mubeena. Arrest him? For what?" With a determined tone, she asserted, "For the death of Alhaji Muhseen Tafida, my father."
Confusion rippled through the room as they exchanged incredulous glances. "Mubeena, are you serious?" Uncle Abbass queried, struggling to comprehend the accusation against Papi. Undeterred by the skepticism around her, Mubeena moved closer to Papi, producing handcuffs. With practiced precision, she secured his wrists, his nervous gaze fixed upon her. Amidst the commotion, Bude Baki pleaded, "Mubeena, what is the meaning of this?" Ignoring the plea, she proceeded, reciting the cautionary words, "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court." With Papi now in custody, she swiftly directed her team to escort him away.
Relief mingled with shock as Mubeena's mother clapped her hands, collapsing to the floor in disbelief, exclaiming, "Thank goodness! Oh, my goodness!"
